EXPLANATION OF PROCEDURES USED TO DIGITIZE/SCAN/TRANSFORM ETC. THE DATA: The PWSAB coverage is a culmination of Kimble and Lloyds WSA boundary coverages and extensive research and edits by Wes Harrel, Francis Mizell,3001 (1997)Steve Brown (2000). 3001 was contracted by the Division of Water Supply Management(WSM) to create the original PWSAB coverage.
Service Area Boundaries were digitized from paper maps or added from digital files. Additions and/or edits were only made to those boundaries which we recieve either a digital or hardcopy map from the respective utilities. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
