Description
Abstract
The feature class consist of the perimeter boundary of Conservation Areas and other District Lands  created from the merger of adjacent parcels that make up the management areas.  Additionally, lands that are owned by another public entity but are managed by the District as part of a management area are included in this feature class.

Purpose
The boundary feature is for use in general mapping of District property area.

Supplementary Information
Management area boundaries were created from the merger of the individual acquisition parcels making up an area.   The parcels were created by COGO of legal descriptions from deeds and surveys provided at closing for each parcel.  In some cases manual adjustments were made to fit adjacent parcels with one another.  Particularly in situations where a parcel adjoined one with COGO metes and bound description from a survey.  The feature class field attributes provides QA information for each parcel.  Additional information on a specific parcel can be found with the parcel feature class.
