Description:
Abstract:
Layer represents points for the top of sediment layer in Lake Monroe. Data was collected as part of a bathymetric and sediment thickness survey conducted by MACTEC Engineering and Consulting, Inc during the summer of 2004. Details about data collection and procedures can be found in the report resulting from this contract. GIS methodology will be described in this metadata file.

Purpose:
The objective of this survey was to support the SJRWMD in its goal of reducing pollutants in the middle basin by conducting a bathimetric survey to depict and list bottom contours, sediment thickness and volumes.
